Where We Ship: We currently offer shipping only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Handling Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday). This lead time is required to complete final production steps prior to shipment.
Transit Time & Shipping Cost: Shipping is free on all orders. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days (Monday - Friday). Please note that our standard shipping excludes residential delivery and liftgate service.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7-13 Business Days
Note: All shipping and transit times are estimated. We work diligently to expedite orders, but factors outside our control (like severe weather or freight carrier delays) may impact delivery dates.
We will send tracking information by email the same day the shipping tracking number is created/available.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
Custom Orders: Sales are final on all custom-built or made-to-order equipment.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any original shipping fees incurred.
Refund Timeline: Once inspected, refunds are processed within 7–15 business days.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled free of charge provided the item has not yet shipped. Once an item has left the warehouse, our standard return policy and restocking fees apply.
Damages & Claims
Due to the nature of heavy equipment, you must inspect your package at the time of delivery.
Visible Damage: You must note any damage on the delivery receipt (POD) before signing.
Report Fast: Email photos/videos of damage to support@proforklifts.com within 24 hours.
