The T66N-T110N electric rider tugger/tow tractor series offers capacities ranging from 6,600 lbs to 11,000 lbs and is engineered for heavy-duty applications. This equipment is perfectly suited for moving large loads efficiently over long distances within a facility. It features a tight turning radius and is narrow enough to pass through most standard door openings. This makes it an ideal choice for manufacturing plants, warehousing, loading docks, and various other industrial applications.
This ergonomic tugger is equipped with multiple safety features and high-quality international components, including a German Schabmueller maintenance-free AC Drive motor coupled with a German Kordel gearbox, an Italian ZAPI Controller for both driving and steering, and a Rema tiller head. The tugger’s high travel speed capability allows operators to move significantly more product in less time.

German REMA Multi-Functional Tiller
The REMA tiller provides precise control over acceleration, deceleration, and driving performance, and automatically returns to the neutral position when released. Features include dual butterfly-style thumb controls, a jog button, a Crawl speed button, and horn functions.
Multi-Function Instrument Control
The multi-function instrument control can display the vehicle working status, battery power, working time, driving speed, and steering angle. Fault codes simplify maintenance diagnostics. PIN-code panel and RFID-card systems control operator access. A Blue-Ray Light helps to increase safety during operation.
Convenient Features
Equipped with two USB connectors for charging additional devices during operations. Side battery extraction with rollers at the battery compartment makes battery replacement fast, allowing the vehicle to be used for multiple shifts.
Ease of Maintenance
Easy access to all key components simplifies maintenance and reduces required time. A Diagnostic Access Point, located in the battery compartment, simplifies diagnostics, improves reliability, and reduces downtime.
