Where We Ship: We currently offer shipping only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Handling Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday). This lead time is required to complete final production steps prior to shipment.
Transit Time & Shipping Cost: Shipping is free on all orders. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days (Monday - Friday). Please note that our standard shipping excludes residential delivery and liftgate service.
We will send tracking information by email the same day the shipping tracking number is created/available.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately and note any visible damage on the Proof of Delivery (POD) at the time of receipt. Clear photos or videos are required for claims.
