Order Processing

Upon receiving your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you promptly. We will then verify product availability and prepare your order for shipment. If any items are back-ordered, we will contact you via email or phone to provide options—either to wait for the item to become available or to receive a full refund.

Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders. Larger items may be shipped via freight and will require a scheduled curbside delivery. Please double-check that your contact information is correct at checkout.

We currently only ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48).

We will send tracking information by email the same day the shipping tracking number is created/available.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately and note any visible damage on the Proof of Delivery (POD) at the time of receipt. Clear photos or videos are required for claims.

• Returns: Email support@proforklifts.com with your order number to request approval before sending your item back.
• Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds: Processed within 7–15 business days after inspection.
• Restocking Fee: A 15% fee applies to approved returns.
• Cancellations: Free within 3 days of purchase; after that, return shipping and a 15% refund fee apply.
• Minor Damage: We’ll repair or replace affected parts when appropriate.
